Love Your Work is favourite but the only really solid form in soft came at Chester a far tighter track than this.  Lockdown Lass had an excellent run last season and conditions will suit but the mark shot up as a result and at the price I expect a place run but not totally convinced it can win off this inflated mark and quite simply there were a few I thought were better value. Reel Prospect is the other one I fear given connections but it's been AW so far in the main for that one and no proven aptitude in the mud.

 

There are 3 horses who really tick most of the right boxes for me and they are DEVASBOY who runs off a mark 15lbs lower than in April last season but dropped in Class and AW fit and usually at its best in these conditions i do think now may be the perfect time to be on this one. HOSTELRY is usually ready fresh and ran runner up on seasons debut last year off a similar break and conditions will definitely suit this one and GLOBAL SPIRIT is another who is AW fit but who enjoys soft turf off a solid mark at optimum trip.

THIRSK Sprints can severely impact on your mental health on occasions and  the old logic that you needed a High Draw in decent conditions and a LOw Draw in soft doesn't have the validity of evidence it once did.

 

We'll propose therefore a small unit accumulator to cover 3 x e/w singles, 3 x e/w doubles and an e/w treble on the follow ALL of whom should be ready and fit and suited by conditions.
