Salisbury 4.50 - A Class 4 Handicap over 14 furlongs (1 3/4 miles) - Ravenous is a real danger here but may need rain, if the Going is any softer than advertised I would have a small e/w saver on him. Emenem could be on a nice mark but know little about the 7lb Claimer Levi Williams and the most obvious each way contender is MASTER GREY. ...Read More
YORKSHIRE Expert CARLISLE 3.30 -: The Carlisle bell at 3.30 (Class 4 over 1 Mile) is always a very competitive race. Big field and some Trainers have multiple entries and one such is Tim Easterby. I actually fancy the one of his that the bookies least fancy in MIKMAK have selected this one before this season and looks to be running r...Read More
Newton Abbot 9.00 - Class 4 Handicap Hurdle over 3 miles and 2 1/2 furlongs, the lights may be twinkling as they finish this unless its a very sunny evening but i liked 3 Course and Distance winners of which I narrowly discarded GAMAIN who looks nice T/Cast material. The pair I prefer are WESTERN SUNRISE whose last 3 runs have been a...Read More
Newbury 8.15 Class 5 Handicap over 7 furlongs and a big field of 20. Don't think this is particularly competitive to be honest and with a plum draw in middle of pack (stall 9) I am very confident that KEEPERS CHOICE is over-priced and the one to beat here with any kind of luck in running. Dennis Coakley does well with runners here, O...Read More
Beverley 2.30 - Class 5 Handicap over 7 1/2 Furlongs and Going is Good to Firm with some showers forecast. No excuse about the Going then and I narrowed down to 3 runners who look well handicapped to me. I will leave out HARVEST DAY who has strong claims on form book but not convinced the price is great value (unless you want a small win saver...Read More
Nice each way return from COVIGLIA advised at 18/1 (14/1 SP) and WESTERN SUNRISE advised at 9/1 (SP 10/1) yesterday disappointing very well fancied Keepers Choice ran poorly at Newbury last night. Some competitive fields today at Carlisle; Ffos Llas; Kempton; Naas and Bath. We focus on 2 big field Handicaps at Carlisle and one at Salisbury.Tip...Read More

Day 3 was dominated by Frankie Dettori, how daft are those that wrote him off a few years ago? The 4 timer meant that TURGENEV advised at 14/1 was backed in to 7/2, ran a great race and nothing lost in defeat, if you were on at 14/1 a nice e/w return. Shame that Aweedram was withdrawn, really fancied that one. In the final race again noth...Read More
A frustrating day yesterday, Nyaleti ran from the front and went down fighting, Anna Nerium finished best of all but too late in 5th in the 4.20 race. In the Royal Hunt Cup, of the tips Raising Sand 3rd and Kynren 5th ran the races we expected but more than a touch peeved that 2 horses we flagged up as "trackers" in Afaak and Clon Coulis came ...Read More
