Both Beverley and Chester have well documented Low Draw bias at Sprint trips when the Going is genuinely Good - bordering on Good to Firm. That hasn't happened too often this season at either venue and with Beverley drying to; Good to Firm; and Chester to Good, a chance hopefully to try to exploit it.
BEVERLEY 3.15 - Handicap - Class 5 - 5 furlongs - 12 run - Good (drying)
The likely favourite is Hardy Angel drawn in Stall 4. He had luck in running last time to win over Course and distance, is up 2lbs and not exactly consistent so at the price I am happy to take it on. The next pair in the early markets are Warsdale who may be best on the AW and Drawn 8 and John Kirkup a grand old warrior drawn 11. Ben Macdui should be a real danger from Stall 3 but i think another best suited to AW surfaces.
Jojo Rabbit is a danger from stall 1 IF getting an easy lead but has a tendency to fade and I think the hill may just catch it out. Glendown is a progressive 3 year old but another drawn high.
I really do think that LEODIS DREAM drawn in Stall 6 and very well handicapped could get a lovely tow in to the race from Jojo Rabbit and it has some very decent form in Class 4 too, similarly I think that in stall 5 REGAL ENVOY will love the drying ground, runs off a nice handicap mark and has a visor for a first time and has an excellent place chance at least.
Tips (1) Leodis Dream (2) Regal Envoy

CHESTER 4.30 - Handicap - Class 3 - 5 and 1/2 furlongs - 13 run - Good to Soft (drying)
A similar tale here to Beverley, and hard to ignore ROMAN DRAGON, drawn in Stall 2 , an excellent Course record and obvious chance and still on a previous winning mark, a rare WIN bet suggested.
Spoof drawn in Stall 4 also has a clear chance but I do think the handicapper may just now have this on in its grip. Dare to Hope is one in the TRACKER , Stall 7 isn't impossible but the horse has become a slow starter and that could end it's chances here so may be best to wait for another day.
I think the best each way value lies with ZARZYNI drawn in Stall 5 , drying ground is a plus, a nice handicap mark and I think this track will suit it with luck in running.
With 13 declared and some enhanced place offers HYPERFOCUS in Stall 1 is well worth a small bet, it prefers a bit of cut but has run well enough on Good Going and they aren't going to be rattling hooves on Good to Firm here and it's got a sporting chance from the draw off its mark.
Tips (1win) Roman Dragon / (2) Zarzyni / (3s) Hyperfocus
