Botas has some decent fRench form but yet to really fire in the UK, Cariad arrives in form and is a genuine danger, Intercessor is a Course and Ditance winner who won this off 4lbs lower last d=season but on Good to Firm Going on that occasion. Strongbourne is another who may not fully appreciate the softer going. Almarin is a danger at a nice price too.
I'm most keen on EQUION for Tony Carroll who has Course and Distance form in soft and heave conditions. YOUNG FIRE is an equally confident selection with wins off 74,77 and 81 already this season a mark of 82 looks comfortable range for it and at bigger odds I can't resist a small flutter on MR TRICK who has won over 7 furlongs on soft, stays a mile and 10lbs below winning mark and probably Franny Norton will play "catch me" from the front.
