A competitive affair on the straight 1 mile here which takes some getting and requires both stamina in the horse and patience from the jockey to time the race to perfection. 

 

At the top end of the market Our Dickie and Annalee lass have good chances but neither are anything like certainties, nothing is at this level. Agonyclite is a CD winner but a mark north of 50 seems beyond it at the moment. At big Odds I think that Wowshesomethingelse is one who could improve markedly on handicap debut based on its pedigree and if 40/1 plus may be worth a very small interest.

 

The top three in my analysis though all look to be good e/w value and I've every confidence in them.

 

RECLAIM VICTORY has a solid Course and Distance record, is regularly placed and has won off marks in the low 50's and I cannot see any reason granted luck in running, which you do need here, especially if you get hampered by tiring horses in front of you, why it should not win this.

 

At bigger Odds I'm equally confident that both MEKBAT and DISTINCTION are overpriced in the early markets based on known form. MEKBAT had a nice Course and Distance sighter last time out, I'd expect a really bold effort here off a nice mark if Stall 14 isn't a negative. DISTINCTION is solid at this trip and I've no stamina concerns, it's decent enough on the AW too, so no concerns or excuses there and off a gradually dropping mark should really start to be competitive now if ability remains.
