Hamilton 3.22 Veterans Handicap - Class 4 - 1 mile 4 furlongs - 12 run - Soft / Heavy
A tight little race but not too many with proven stamina or proven form in soft going.
Watersmeet caught the eye on the stamina front but better at further and awful record on anything softer than Good and increasingly kept to AW tracks too.
The winner of this race in 2018 and 2019 off marks of 75 and 74 and whose last win mark was 77 is MULTELLIE and although looking out of form but lightly raced makes plenty of appeal on the Course, stamina and soft ground evidence off a mark of 75.
The other one to catch the eye is FLOOD DEFENCE who returns to the Flat off a nice mark of 63, has won on soft at Carlisle up the similar hill and looks equally good value.
I'll have an each way Tracker bet on both and a crafty reverse forecast.
