I looked at all 13 in here and its hard to by-pass the short priced end of the market but there may be a bit of e/w value to be had.

 

Head chef for O'Meara gets prime draw in stall 1, runs off its last win mark of 71 and really will take a lot of beating. If you want a win saver I won't put you off. Outsmart would be a big danger but a draw in Stall 13 is difficult and it will be a decision for the pilot as to whether to drop in and take a chance in running or to try to break quickly and use some early energy to get a position. Poets Dawn is a horse who keeps getting penalised for placing and is far more consistent and genuine that a 20 race winless run suggests, it's chance will surely come soon.

 

Broctune Red is a Course and Distance winner drawn in stall 2 and best on AW but runs of 4th, 3rd and 2nd on turf off marks of 65, 64 and 63 suggest it's another with strong claims again off a mark of 63. Crown Princess is a Course and Distance winner in Class 4 off a mark of 75 but out of form the lsat twice, this is an ease in grade but it may be needs to come down from a mark of 76. Strangerontheshore is another course and Distance winner off marks of 61 and 64 and 62 elsewhere but the mark here of 70 despite being in stall 3 looks tough. Regal Mirage is on a very nice mark, tailed off on reappearance and may still need this but definitely one to TRACK forwards in to the next few months.

 

Discomatic is best watched off a 341 day break, Gosing struggled on handicap debut but showed promise before that and may just need to find a realistic mark, its one we'll also TRACK and keep an eye on longer term. Cosmic Power has its second run off a long break and George Risdale has its first run in 608 days so both are likely best watched.

 

As you can see no lack of analysis and thought so we're left with a couple I think are the best each way value at nice odds and worth a speculative shrapnel bet each.

 

MR STRUTTER is drawn low in stall 4, is very solid and consistent off marks around 60 and 61, has been unlucky in running a few times and at the price should give us a good run for our money. GRIFTER is less exposed and may have some scope, its a Course and Distance winner off 75, it has been running in Class4, drops back and might find this more it's current level, its inconsistent as many of the stables runners are but I think this represents a more realistic target again and it's won in this Class over Course and Distance before.
