"I'm keen on GRAND MORNING here, it's pretty inconsistent but it's most consistent form by far is at Ayr. It's a Course and Distance winner off a mark of 120 in really Heavy Going, it's placed too here off a mark of 125 on softer Going, it's not going to be Heavy today but it'll be a slog in the ground and with a tongue tie and cheek-pieces to aid it and with some proven form over further it should be capable of running a place at least and this is a nice contest that the yard will be keen to be competitive in".
