Beverley 3.40 Handicap Chase - Class 6 - 1 mile 1/2 furlong - 13 run - Good > Good to Soft
At the top of the market here I don;t think there is enough wriggle room in terms of an each way punt for either Ribkana or Distinction and both are vulnerable for win bet purposes. I think this is an important facet of e/w betting in terms of finding the best and most logical value.
Both Perovskia and Star Of St James are dangers, the former comes with a fancy pedigree and will be winning races at some point surely and the latter was my 4th best rated overall. Rayena would be of interest more on the Yard that it has gone too rather than form so far and cost just over a grand whilst Knight of Magic showed some glimmers last time and is one I will add to the TRACKER after today. I think this one needs 10 furlongs though!
I had three clear top rated and will invested in the top 2 rated and nominate the third as reserve if we have a non-runner; PREMIERSHIP has wins off marks of 48; 51 and 53 in the past, seems out of form but down to an eye catching mark of 47 and the fact they go for first time cheek-pieces really grabbed my attention. MR HEINZ too gets headgear, this time they are Blinkers (not for the first time) and with its best 2 runs last season being here at Beverley, off marks of 47 and 48, I think one well worth a speculative punt. My third rated at shorter but still decent e/w odds was JOSIEBOND @ 7/1 a Course and Distance winner who looks to be coming to hand who may just need this still but clear 3rd best rated. (Northern)

Tipperary 5.08 Handicap - 1 mile 4 and 1/2 furlongs - 18 run (3 reserves) - Soft /Heavy
At the top of the market we have some close collateral form between Nusral, Spinning Web, WAR THUNDER and FORLIO. I think that Paul Flynn's pair are well worth an each way punt despite 5lb and 6lb penalties. FORLIO merely goes back to to the assessed UK mark it arrived with and WAR THUNDER looked if anything the more interesting of the pair last time out. Nusral and Spinning Web are clearly very serious dangers though.
Paradise Lost may need further than this and could be outpaced early on a track that suits prominent horses,Glyde Ranger too made eye catching late progress on a far sterner track last time and i just fear might not be as well suited by this Course and at very big Odds, I've seen worse 50/1 pokes than Construct (a nudge to those who like a small side flutter) and IF Tom The Plasterer gets a run, he should be bang in contention and we've seen a few lively reserves popping up in the past week.
I do think though, with plenty of enhanced places, that both FOLLY BEACH and SCEPTRED ISLE are worth a small flutter, of the pair i would place SCEPTRED ISLE narrowly ahead as i think the drop in trip and this sharper Course may help and FOLLY BEACH @ 14/1 also looks like one who might enjoy this track and the slight drop back in trip too (MG)

Wexford 8.00 - I think Mahler Appeal and Plain Or Battered, who both won last time together with Doyen Flyer; are the most likely winners here but not a lot of e/w wriggle room.
The one at a price though who is well worth a small each way investment is TRAMPS LIKE US, a former Tracker horse who hasn't quite yet delivered on potential we saw in Novice and Maiden days but looks well handicapped and you can ignore a bad jumping error last time. If this one can just tidy up the jumping, I can see a big run into an enhanced place. (Sean)
