Wolverhampton 6.10 - Handicap - Class 6 - 1 mile 4 furlongs - 12 run - Standard

Dillydingdillydong, Chargall and Oriental Art dominate the market and are the most likely winners but this is Class 6 and AW and that means the basic trait of almost all of these is that they are consistently inconsistent. The likes of Another Beautiful could be a danger and if you wanted a really "marmite horse" and a few bob each way then SEXY REXY either seems to finish stone last or win and the return of Billy Loughnane (stone last on this last time) but a big priced 33/1 CD winner last year, might just keep that very up and down sequence going.

Of more recent and more solid form assessment though my 1-2 rated are ASSEMBLED who needed a couple of tube openers last season before hitting for, has had two quiet runs this season but should now be fully tuned up and this Course and Distance winner looks primed. The other one with some solid form at the Course and elsewhere at this trip and also nicely handicapped is BAY OF NAPLES (AW)

Ballinrobe 7.23 - Handicap Hurdle - 2 miles 6 furlongs - Yielding (Inner Track) - 16 run

Killashee is in great form and the one they all have to beat but may just be having one race too many too soon here, so I will take it on.

I would not be surprised to see bold runs from Laydeze Man who is being raced up and down in trip, so this may suit nor especially Island McCoo who has shown some real promise in Maidens and who now steps into a Handicap. I've had this one in my TRACKER and it was 4th rated in my final analysis.

My top 3 rated who I found hard to split are RANGER BILLY who has an obvious form chance on win and placed efforts last season and who should now be fully primed fitness wise to return to that sort of level, TRUE OR FALSE is a Course and Distance winner here off a mark of 97 at the end of May, hasn't quite got home over trips just over 3 miles since then but has run well to this sort of trip in those races and who looks very solid therefore back here. Finally, GARCON DEUX whose placed runs at Gowran and Tramore over trips if 2 miles 4 furlongs and 2 miles 5 furlongs suggest that this trip is well worth a try and should be well in range.  (MG)

(Division 2 at 7.53 - I have Meadow Soprano / Tilloughna and Stellar Symphony in my TRACKER and would rate them behind the likes of Inforapenny, Moulane West and My Friend the Wind in what looks a far deeper Division of the race. I'll hope that the 3 Trackers run well enough but don't win and hope to pick them in subsequent races that are a little less competitive. I'll be disappointed though if we aren't very strongly represented in the 1st Division at 7.23 (MG)
