Ballinrobe 8.20
A Fillies Handicap over 1 mile 5 furlongs and a compacted top end of 3-4 in form horses. The one that stands out for me as some e/w value though at around 10/1 is the Gavin Cromwell trained PACHMENA. The horse has disappointed on AW over the winter but she is happiest on Turf with a bit of cut; and is well handicapped now to take advantage of today's conditions. I'll be disappointed if she can't finish in the top 3 after a recent return to turf. (Sean)

A 5 furlong Sprint and looking at those drawn in double figures in the 15 runner field, I narrowed it down to 3 most likely with Heraklies and Jojo Rabbat most feared. However it is worth giving a final chance to SOUL SEEKER at double figures odds for David O'Maera. A better run last time and off a declining mark, if this one can't win or place here from Stall 14 then there has to be something serious amiss. These Sprinters tend to win in turn and the turn is due and the draw could not be kinder. (North)

A mile and 6 furlongs on very firm Going and whilst Coure specialist Uther Pendragon @ 14/1 is always a danger here, I think this trip just stretches it. Dovena off top weight is another who gets conditions and could place too.
However, my eye is really drawn to the Grace Harris trained LADYPACKSAPUNCH at very big Odds. A longstanding 5 year old Maiden, her best effort was a Course and Distance runner up effort last June on Firm Going. A repeat of that should see another placed run and despite the niggling fear of Uther Pendragon (may be a worthwhile side bet) I will stick with my heart and hunch about this one. (TA)
