Carlisle 3.45 - Handicap - Class 6 - 1 mile 3 furlongs - 12 run - Good to Soft (bits of Soft)
A tight little race where Wadacre Giorgio is feared more on potential than actual form at this point, Solar Bentley has been best on heavy so far but the mark looks a little high at the moment and Cascade Hall is a vulnerable favourite in my opinion with best form over further than this and despite the tough Climb, one who could be outpaced for a long way in this.
I'm very keen on the chances of HOT TEAM, a Course and Distance winner of this race last season, off the same mark here and one who can be excused for some disappointing runs after the win last season on Tracks that didn't suit as much and an inflated mark. My second best rated is TORONTO RAPTOR whose best form so far is at 12 furlongs in soft ground and the slight drop in trip here may eek out some improvement. (Northern)

Chepstow 5.00 Handicap - Class 6 - 7 furlongs - 15 run - Good > Good to Soft
A competitive 15 runner race with enhanced places.
Around 6 of the 15 runners caught the eye here and I want to TRACK - American Rose - forwards, a Course and Distance winner who might just need this off a near 4 month break but definitely one to follow here, Create is on a very nice handicap mark and a big danger on form, but best runs are at Doncaster, which is putting green smooth as opposed to Chepstow's undulations. Never Dream is best fresh and if ready again can run a big race and was my 4th best rated.
In preference order my top 2 are EYE OF THE WATER, who will come on markedly for a recent reappearance run, was placed here 4 times last year and a possibly nice ride for Cieron Fallon for Ron Harris. ROMANOVICH is a Course and Distance winner and ran better than bare form suggests last time out and should really be primed fitness wise now with no excuses.
If you want to play the enhanced places then my 3rd best rated is MARCHETTI another Course and Distance winner and another usually best caught fresh on relative;y infrequent runs. (The Advisor)

Haydock Park 5.30 - Handicap (Amateur Jockeys) - Class 5 - 1 mile 4 furlongs - 11 run - Good to Soft
THRONE HALL is effectively on a treble and in form despite being off a historically low handicap mark with wins at Musselburgh and also the unofficial Jersey Racing Festival. The Archie Watson and Brodie Hampson partnership thrive in this sort of race with the riders ability a big asset and advantage. The same can be said about Serena Brotherton and the Easterby family and their runner UNPLUGGED is my clear 2nd rated but might not want it too soft. The main danger is Tokyo Bay, but this one remains disappointing. (RJ)

Tramore 7.20 - Handicap Hurdle - 2 miles 5 and 1/2 furlongs - 16 run (3 reserves) Good to Yielding
Typically competitive and I will TRACK Nevereverever after this race, a solid Autumn sequence and a pleasing return but history suggests one who needs at least 2 runs to be fully tuned up and one who can win races for us in the coming months. Beechroad Winnie is one of the better ones here and has run well very fresh, my 4th best rated and a handy backup IF we get a non runner before racing. Dees Getaway has yet to fulfil initial promise, and has run well here and was certainly considered. Mother Ship again disappointed when running last night and Roman Parish IS in the Tracker but not overly fancied here..
My top 3 rated are MAGS NELSON an eyecatcher last time and who would go very close here with a repeat of that run, THE BORDER BOY who has been out of form but who ran very well in this race last season, almost certainly targeted for a big effort again and the fact they go for first time cheek-pieces adds to the confidence. BITE THAT has a solid and consistent profile, deserves a win and is on a nice handicap mark and has every chance of being in the first 4 home once again. (MG - Michael)
