There is some rain and the Going is already described as "soft" so we should hopefully be pretty certain about the Going which is a big plus.

 

It's basement level with a lot of these normally seen on the AW but a few have some decent Turf form on soft if you look deeply enough, so worth a small investment.

 

Company MInx is  probably the one to beat but at the price in this grade not real value in my eyes, it's OK on soft and Good to Soft, pretty consistent for this level and only the draw is a real negative. If you want to play as a win saver feel free, I won't be, but I'll have a small T/C perm with my 2 selections.

 

Hyba is of mild interest as it's best run, and there haven't been many was on Good to Soft, it's upped to 6 furlongs but has a 1 mile pedigree, so could nick a place at a push.

 

The two that stand out though are LINCOLN RED a Course and Distance winner in heavy Going back in 2019, off for 135 days but has placed off longer breaks and the type that can produce best form fresh before regressing again. JACK RYAN has won on heavy ground here off a mark of 59 over 7 furlongs, has needed recent runs and should be spot on now, it has won fairly recently on AW off 48 to show ability remains and the most recent Turf win mark was 52 and it runs off 52 today.
