Worcester 2.20

By National Hunt UK (Robin T)

Worcester 2.20 - Handicap Hurdle - Class 2 - 2 miles and 4 furlongs 13 declared.

A competitive field on Good to Soft and how soft it is will be crucial as many of these will want it as dry as possible.

LACKBARROW LAD looks the one to beat but can hang right and the might not be ideal round here, the type to have a win saver on but I am not convinced enough to have a full on tip.

West Coast Flyer, Colditz Castle, Haataab, all have good chances and could improve but I will focus on a couple.

QUEENS MAGIC ticks every box has Course and Distance winning form (not CD); is race fit and if handling a rise in the weights that is not excessive should be very tough to beat. I will have an e/w and keep some more  e/w powder dry for WINDING ROE at a nice e/w price from the McCain yard. WINDING ROE is also race fit, has run well in Ireland on yielding ground and has proven stamina, won nicely last time out and looks the type to benefit up the long straight here if as anticipated Going is on soft side and they go a nice true gallop.

In the 1.15 Worcester race a very competitive Novice Handicap Chase over 2 miles and 7 furlongs there are plenty to follow and monitor, Chinensis, Dentley De Mee; Neachells Bridge and Know the Score can all be entered in to Trackers before today and followed closely, but if I had to pick one for a TRACKER BET in what looks very tricky but possible informative race it would be DIGGER DEAUDADE @ 7/1 who has good 3 mile P2P form and has won Novice and Handicap Hurdles and that winning mentality could prove vital in this early season (winter NH) contest.
