ROBIN - Wincanton 12.20 Conditional Jockey Handicap Chase - 3 miles 1 furlong - 11 run - Soft

 

Plenty of heavy rain overnight and up to around 10am, so Going may well be genuinely Soft by the off-time

 

We have 3 of these in the Tracker, I don't think the rain helps The Lost Legend at all and although it's 7/2 favourite, I don't think that is a value price in likely soft conditions for Bring The Action.

 

I have concerns after the rain too in terms of Going for Ya Know Yaseff and My Lady Grey although both would have been seriously considered on Good to Soft or better ground.

 

My selections are HEAD AND HEART for the Hobbs/White yard who is OK on soft ground, a win mark of 97 , so a mark of 100 with a 10lbs Claimer looks very competitive, i don't know much about the jockey but you can be sure she'll have been well schooled and this isn't a yard to pass up what looks like a good chance of a race win.

 

The third TRACKER horse in the race is DELGANY MONARCH who will certainly appreciate conditions more than most, is fine at this extended trip, it's not on an obviously good handicap mark but conditions should play to its strengths.
