The top pair in the market here are LUNA MAGIC and GERT LUSH . Luna Magic is a Course and Distance winner last year off a mark of 21, it's won recently off marks of 59 and 64 and is still only back to a mark of 66, is clearly back in love with itself and the game. Gert Lush has finished third and runner up last 2 runs and remains on a very nice mark. All of my senses suggest a REVERSE FORECAST for a small stake.

 

I'd like to find a bit of each way value though and have concerns about the Going for Alyara, Silastar too may need firmer going but will be a real danger from the Gary Moore yard. Sienna Breeze is another I'd discount in terms of the Going and Sir Plato from the in form Millman yard may just be better I think at a truly run 7 furlongs. The Game is ON has just switched from Simon Dow, for whom it won this race at 50/1 in 2020 to George Baker and may just need the run. Eton Blue is better over further, gets a top amateur though but may need a lot of luck in running. Wholelotafun has good course form, comes off a 230 days break and definitely one for us to TRACK onwards after today.

 

The pair I like for a small shrapnel bet each way are VOLTAIC who is ideally drawn in Stall 2 for its normally front running style, Srah Bowen is very competent in the saddle and I can see this one kick on round the turn in to the straight and trying to win the race from the front up the rail. SONNATINA is a bit more speculative and may still need the run after an absence but 12th of 12 lst time on its return hides the fact it ran well for a long way, only faded late on and was within 4 lengths of the winner. On best form it ticks all the right boxes and another to TRACK onwards whatever happens today.
