There are 4 Course and Distance winners in here, proven around this stunning and distinctly unique Course.

 

I think that Zig Zap may just need the run after 160 days off and Xpo Universal may need the run and some slack from the handicapper after 169 days off, both should come on for today's runs.

 

THE STEWARD from the local yard of Jimmy Moffatt made a pleasing return 15 days ago, just tiring in the closing stages and lost a shoe in the process. The shrewd local Trainer will no doubt have seen that as a prep for this race and it would be disappointing if it didn't place at the very least. RUKWA raced 17 days ago, didn't exactly shine but they add cheepieces and another whose fitness assured, should not be too far away.

 

A pair of dangerous southern raiders are the in form Talkingpictures TV and Deputy Jones.

 

However each way value could be OKSANA from the Sam and Jonathon England yard, a Course and Distance winner, race fit and should give us a good each way run and a place at the very least.

 

I looked long and hard at the 1.25 Novice Chase and a few for the long term notebook with P2P form are Elle Est Grande, The Cattlejobber and Whateva Next, all horses who I will follow from today. Speedy Cargo could be the one they all have to beat drop in Class but I'll have a Tracker e/w on APTLY PUT who goes Chasing after some decent Hurdle runs, from the P2P fields so knows how to jump a fence and could get things off to a nice start for Jimmy Moffatt.
