By Irish Racing (Sean aka Placespotter)

GALWAY 4.55 - Galway Hurdle and a field of 20 declared over 2 miles and a lot with more flat credentials than jumping. The top of the market feels right and there is enough value in RIVEN LIGHT who was a talented novice hurdler in 2017 before going over to Flat Racing and GARDENS OF BABYLON who has a lot more recent Hurdles experience and the boost of a recent Flat run to sharpen him up and better value than stablemate (Band of Outlaws short priced favourite). I will have a 3rd pick as this is easily best betting race of the day and the solid and consistent TUDOR CITY from Tony Martin's Yard looks just the type to keep the flashier types honest and solid each way material

(Ian Placespotter) - GOODWOOD 5.20 Tatler Handicap 5 Furlongs - I like the profile of Alfie Solomons and Pass The Gin (SP2A winning tip last time out) but just a doubt about a low draw not being ideal here. If the draw is not a disadvantage both should run very well and good T/Cast material. For the tip though I like the chances of TOP BREEZE who is more centrally drawn and more tactical scope as a result, has early speed to get a prominent position and enough form at 6 furlongs to think it can see out this fast 5 furlongs right to the line and pose serious questions of anything else in the field to catch it.

That's all for today.
