Kilbeggan 7.15

KILBEGGAN 7.15 Handicap Chase - 3 miles 1 furlong - yielding.
Early rain so the Going will have cut, the strong winds should start to lessen by the off.
The obvious pair are TIMLYAN and MACGILONEY at the top of the market and if you want a small reverse forecast to cover your each way bet, that would be pretty sensible choice to make. If there is an unexposed one it may be Elliots second string Final List, but that one seems to have a few niggling fitness issues and whilst a better run would be no surprise, I will watch rather than invest today.
If a seasonal return has just sharpened up BIDDY THE BOSS enough to be competitive, then I think the market has it totally wrong in terms of price. A winner and runner up in the winter over the kind of trip and underfoot conditions at Fairyhouse and Leopardstown, this prominent free running sort can take some catching if getting in to a nice rhythm and off just 4lbs higher than the most recent win, but a decent each way claimer up, should give us a run for our money and get them all at it. It has run well off a break and may still just need this but at the Odds worth a small investment.
