Cork 4.50
By Irish Racing (Sean aka Placespotter)
SEAN - Cork 4.50 Handicap Hurdle - 3 miles 1 furlong - 18 run (3 reserves ready) - Soft (some patchy rain)
I think it'll ride genuinely soft here.
I don't think there is much value in Well Loved who will be stretched stamina wise surely over this trip and Tennessee Titan who also has questions to answer over an extended 3 miles.
I would very much fear Unheralded IF it gets the trip with Danny Mullins an interesting booking and he'd be my reserve if we get a non runner.
Presenting Point is very solid off this mark and the only other one I seriously looked at outside of the tips and the couple noted above.
I'm really sweet on the chances of HOLIDAY IN KERRY and WHIP WHITAKER as I think both have been building form and fitness and are ready to strike. HOLIDAY IN KERRY definitely improved last time out and the mark and conditions really do give it an excellent chance and no excuses. I think that WHIP WHITAKER will be suited by the step back up in trip and another who went in to my notebook as one to follow after its last run.
At bigger odds I think that both KINGSTON KID who will benefit from its last run fitness wise and for whom the handicap mark and conditions also look optimal and RULE OF JUNE who does look significantly over-priced to me and who retains untapped scope and potential can run big races too.
TIPS (1) Holiday In Kerry / (2) Whip Whitaker / (3) Kingston Kid (4) Rule Of June
