The Going is Good and a few showers but nothing really heavy rain wise, so I think Good to Soft is most likely but really nothing should have Going excuses.

 

I think it's a race to take on th top of the market with something that's had a run or two, is fit and well handicapped and with proven stamina.

 

There are a couple at decent Odds who could really perk up and it would be no surprise if Ulterior Motives a former 3 mile P2P winner and Jessieman a multiple winner who has run well fresh before did not go very close. It was hard to leave out Sweet Vinetta too, a Course and Distance winner, won this is 2019 and best fresh, but I just had a few who I think are better value and race fit too.

 

Of those near the top of the market, I much prefer LIFFEYDALE DREAMER for the Englands, a progressive yard, in good form and horses are fit and ready to win. Ticks all the right boxes and will be a big disappointment if not placed at the very least.

 

Of those at slightly longer odds I think that both METHAG, who has need his 2 runs so far but who built up a 1-2-1 sequence in the not too distant past off marks of 94-101 and 103, could be a big danger now off 107, and one to Track on for sure, and RUSSIAN ROYALE a Course winner over shorter off a mark of 94, who has decent form up to 2miles and 6 furlongs, could now be very well handicapped off a mark of 84, having had a run.
