THE ADVISOR - Fontwell 5.15 - Handicap Hurdle - Class 5 - 2 miles 3 furlongs - 12 run - Going Good
A very compact top of the market here with Beat The Heat (up 12lbs for Course and Distance win recently); Sami Bear (may need the run), Sarsen (may also need the run) and Sir Rock. I can't see much value there; and although they are the most likely winners, I think there are some genuinely dangerous dark horses lurking at better value prices.
I am going to add Belgarum and Abbeytill to the TRACKER and think both will need the run today and both will win races soon. Sassified is one i pondered over long and hard as it has some decent form prior to most recent run, the handicapper may be in charge but at anything over 12/1 a danger and therefore reserve in the event of a non runner.
I'm VERY keen though on both NO WORRIES and ONLY FOOLS.
NO WORRIES for the in form Mulholland (also runs Abbeytill) and Sean Bowen has a Hurdle win off a mark of 73 and a Course and Distance place off 81, dropped to 79 here and now proven he can handle this quirky track, looks cracking value. ONLY FOOLS is more speculative for the Pipe team, it has a prominent running style though which suits this Track and at anything around 16/1 represents real value.
