The market is dominated by horses from the McCain and O'Brien yards (Fergal that is). Merry Poppins has an exposed and moderate record in Ireland and it would appear the McCain factor is the main reason for the market support. Herewegohoney for FO'B looks the one to beat on actual form but burdened with 12 stones I don't think its great value. Given the fact these 2 yards churn out winners daily, a small reverse F/Cast may not be a bad play.

Lime Drop won 5 times last season and went from a mark of 83 to 110 in the process and needed it's first run before really improving so I think we'll watch today and see how she handles this inflated mark. Maid On The Moon could be a nice longer term prospect for Alan KIng and one we'll track onwards.

I think there is some market value in SINNDARELLA from a canny Yard who aren't afraid at tilting at prizes off low weights or high prices. The horse has run some very decent races here and it's a specialists track for sure as they always seem to be on the turn. It's worth a small investment off a mark of 103.

My main fancy though is GETAWEAPON and I think it is worth a punt. It's been given time to mature, has run well enough fresh before to suggest it'll be fit enough and looks ideally suited by the trip, mark and underfoot conditions.
