my selections down to a final 3, and was left with the Tim Easterby pair and Finn Class from the Micael Dods yard, and

all three horses have more than paid there way for me, and us; over the years. The Easterby pair of Father Bertie and

Silvery Moon and Finn Class are all fine in the advertised "soft Going"; the 2 Easterby runners have good Course form

but in terms of the draw bias, Finn Class drawn in stall 2 may be slightly better berthed than the others in 8 and 10.

The deciding factors for me though are the better recent form of Silvery Moon (in better races) and Finn Class and

also an almost unique handicapping insight where all 3 horses were involved in a near blanket finish at Ayr last

October; off pretty much level weights. Looking at today's weights and that recent form makes the final 2 more clear!
