Naas 4.25
SEAN - Naas 4.25 Handicap Hurdle - 2 miles 3 and 1/2 furlongs - 19 run - Soft
I think that the likes of On My Bike; Rideau Canal, Clonguille Way and a very interesting mare making a return off a 2 year break in Stellar Stow, will all need this run but are worth TRACKING for a summer campaign.
At the top end of the market Chosen Shant has a great chance IF staying the trip, the key word is IF so I'm happy to take it on. The Niffler has been well backed a few times but so far disappointing, but could come right at some time so is feared. A Mere Bagatelle will be a danger off top weight especially if Blinkers eek out any improvement. If there is one at BIG odds for a quid each way then have a look at KADYS DIRHA who has shown a few glimmers of form, and there are nice enhanced places here.
I'm very keen thought to follow through with EARLY ARRIVAL who we suggested tracking last time but who somewhat upset the plan of a quiet run with an eye catching runner up place at 33/1, when you suggest tracking one, it is a bit frustrating when they blow their cover, but a win bet today is strongly recommended, or even each way, if you can get 4/1 or better.
I really think that KING KALI should be the one who follows this one home , especially if Chosen Shant doesn't stay, and there is probably a nice T/Cast perm there.
I am quietly confident though that a couple at double figure Odds can run in to places here and they are LADYEZE MAN who should improve for a recent seasonal debut run and whose Cork run in the Autumn went in to many shrewd notebooks and ANGELOFTHEMORNING ran well over 3 miles here last time, fading in the last 1/2 mile, so this drop in trip and a similarly prominent run, may well see it in place contention.
Tips (1) Early Arrival / (2) King Kali / (3s) Ladyeze Man / (4s) Angelofthemorning - see notes re Kadys Dirha @ 33/1
