Limerick 7.45

SEAN - Limerick 7.45 - Handicap Hurdle - 2 miles 6 furlongs - 18 run - Good to Firm

I don't think this race is as deep as the one over a similar trip last night.

The favourite is actually a RESERVE for the race at short odds for Elliott and with a run Arctic Ambition would be tough to beat. He has Elusive Sea (a Tracker who can only be watched at the moment) in the race so it would be no surprise if that one was pulled out early - we'll see.

IF Arctic Ambition doesn't run I'd suggest a WIN SAVER on the De Bromhead horse SHEEPHAVEN FLYER @ 10/3 who looks a very solid proposition.

A few are upped or dropped in trip and could be dangerous including Jackie Mac and Dylan Lombardy. Carnet De Stage reverts to Hurdles and I'm adding FINDING FREEDOM @ 20/1 to the TRACKER. This 3 mile P2P winner is upped in trip on Handicap debut off a mark of 89 with a 7lbs Claimer, one bit of UK collateral form with a 113 rated UK winner makes that look a very interesting mark.

I'll play three more exposed types though at 50% stakes like we did yesterday and hope for a similar, may be a better outcome.

UNHERALDED is off a declining mark, it's stayed on impressively a few times over 2 and a half miles but faded a few out recently over 3 miles. That suggests this intermediate trip may be ideal if it can get the fractions right and well worth an investment. WHOS HOUDINI is in the TRACKER and is slowly improving and starting to look like its about to deliver off a reasonable Handicap mark. I think it's one who can start to pay its way for us in the coming months. BATTLE OF BENBURB has a Handicap Hurdle win at 3 miles off a mark of 89, so doesn't lack stamina nor Hurdling ability, returning to Good ground is a big plus for the horse and a mark of 91 with a 3lbs Claim looks compelling evidence of a bold run.

TIPS - (note the win saver advice) (1) Unheralded / (2) Whos Houdini / (3) Battle of Benburb
