Goodwood 2.35 LOVE DREAMS is a relatively short price for me but I like to follow Johnson here and the horse looks better value than the likely favourite from the Varian yard. The likes of Zhui Feng (who owes me nor us anything over the years) and Makzeem look sure to need the run and will again be aimed at big Festival and Saturday handicaps and the remainder frankly don't look up to it.
Goodwood 5.30 ATLANTAS BOY is from a Trainer with a small string but a very healthy strike and form rate. Did too much too soon over further at Doncaster last time, the drop down to 6 furlongs looks a wise move and has one of the more experienced pilots in the race. A horse who looks to have plenty of progression in it, once it finds its niche and this trip could be the making of it.
