A competitive race and after passing a couple of early week inspections no doubt the Going is going to be very deep. No frost cover conundrums!

 

Grand Turina drops markedly in trip but if getting a lead off the front could take a lot of pegging back, a kind on mni Yala Enki type for the horses former yard.

 

Mouseinthehouse is in my long term Tracker, a couple of nice heavy ground wins over 2 miles and looks likely to be able to get this trip. I think though that the pace likely to be on may stretch stamina and be more beneficial to the actual selection. A nice prospect though and will win races for sure.

 

Truckers Highway can't be ignored in these conditions (a bit like Steel Native yesterday so you've been warned!!) but the stand out hore for me is TUDORS TREASURE. A bit of an Exeter CD specialist, fine in heavy and we know Exeter and Chepstow heavy Going are very similar. Has had one run here and a very respectable runner up so handles the undulations.

 

I can't find any reason why it can't win with luck in running so a confident each way punt.
