LARGY POET for Paul Nicholls looks very progressive and one who I really think is here to pick up a nice prize and this ex 3 mile P2P recruit who has form in Heavy conditions looks over-priced to me.

 

MARK OF GOLD has Course and Distance form; winning this last year, won't be inconvenienced by conditions or a higher mark and you'd think it's also here to win on the day. He's also won on Heavy on the Flat at Goodwood.

 

UP FOR PAROL (n/r)  is lurking on a nice mark and form at the trip and in soft conditions make it a nice e/w punt. If there is one from Skeltons at a price for a quid e/w saver i would suggest WEST OF THE BRIDGE who has proven stamina and form in attritional ground.
