Carlisle thoughts 2.00 + 2.30 races

Up at Carlisle there looks to be a couple of strong favourites in the opening races

in the 2.30 it is very hard to look past ACHILL ROAD BOY and DOCTOR GLAZ;

the former solid proven and consistent, the latter a very big developing horse

of untapped potential, possibly ARB might just edge it today but a small reverse

forecast could be the sensible bet with only perhaps Man In Black and King

of The Dark as dangers but on form lines significantly inferior.

In the opener at Carlisle the form book says that Theatre Act is weighted to

beat LORD BALLIM but Lord Ballim looks a real battler and is taken to defy

a penalty; whilst Theatre Guide should surely place here the interesting one

is FRED LE MACON, just concerned he may need this run hence "not a tip";

so another for the summer jumping notebook and will run here at optimum

trip in ideal conditions and might be worth a bit of shrapnel at 10/1.
