DAILY TIPS-:

Hexham 3.30 - Handicap Chase - Class 5 - 3 miles - 10 run - Heavy

The market leaders are the in form Torosay and Monaghan Boy and Don Brocco is also noted and the Lucinda Russell horse Torosay is the one they all have to beat. However, we are keen at the respective prices in the market value of a pair of horses with Course and Distance winning form who have both been chipping away treading water for a while but who have a result are both now really close to their last most recent Course and Distance winning marks. In preference order we narrowly prefer GIBBERWELL to BALLYNAGRAN but both are worth a small investment (1 point staked)

Pontefract 4.25 Handicap - Class 6 - 2 miles 5 furlongs - Soft - 11 run

This could turn out to be something of a glorified National Hunt Flat race in attritional conditions. Tarbat Ness is the one they all have to beat and is not discounted lightly, but if you look closely at the form at a very big price GOLD RING is weighted to be levels with Tarbat Ness on a Redcar race over 2 miles last season and with some nH fitness to bring and the metronomic riding style of Joe Fanning booked we are more than quietly confident this horse could outrun the early Odds. The other one to note is NEY who is AW fit and who would have no Going concerns at all based on some Irish NH form and this trip really should be in range. (1 point staked)

Kempton 6.30 Handicap Chase - 3 miles - 12 run - Good

We could make a case for many of these but the Good Going seems key and whilst Mullins looked to have sewn the Trainers Title up you can be 100% sure that neither Nicholls nor Skelton have given up and there will be massive desire to be runner up to Mullins and there notional top British Trainer.  The likes of Fidux who doesn't give the impression of a horse likely to run up a sequence and up 5bls and Karl Phillipe, who on past format would have been given a small e/w punt are noted but we are most keen on the Skelton trained HIDDEN HEROICS who drops back to Class 3, is back to a win mark and always best on this ground in preference to Nicholls's SWITCH HITTER who desperately needs this ground and gets it and who also runs off a nice mark and comes here pretty fresh too. (1 point staked)

Tramore 6.40 - Handicap Chase - 2 miles 6 furlongs - 16 run - Good

We'll TRACK a few summer jumpers forwards who should all benefit from a run after a break and they are Double Windsor; Golden Glen, and especially Elegant Dan who runs well here and won second time up last season, again he'd have been a tip in the old format. We will be very keen to see how both Gold Haven and Carrig Carol run on Handicap Chase debut but both lack experience over fences and neither have any P2P form.

That leaves DA BIG BELLA a Course and Distance winner off 84 and off a mark of 81 here and PORT RASHID another Course and Distance winner who is usually very competitive off marks up to 90 as good solid each way punts and with Good ground a big positive looks very well handicapped off a mark of 88 (1 point staked)
