Speculate2accumulate is a sport tipping and sports information service that has been devised and implemented by JMI Publications.

The aim of the service is to provide both a state of the art sports tipping service and also a sports information platform to facilitate the opportunity for sporting clubs and individuals to both advertise their sporting information and (if required) to purchase and develop that service with our help at minimal cash outlay to themselves.

JMI Publications is the brainchild of a small number of individuals with many years experience and expertise in the fields of sports tipping, sports marketing, website and telephone development and is backed by many years of senior management expertise in the private and public sectors of corporate business and finance.

Speculate2accumulate aims to become the primary internet portal for all types of sports tipping , sports information and sporting statistics backed by a development plan of phased integration over the next few years.

We have simple and very cheap membership schemes to allow immediate entry to both or sports tipping and sports membership offerings. Terms and Conditions Covering Use of Website and Online Tips

By using the website www.speculate2accumulate.co.uk or www.sp2a.co.uk and any of the information or services contained within the website you are agreeing to abide to all the Terms and Conditions as laid out below. If you do not agree with anything listed below you should NOT use the website or any of the information or services displayed.

Definitions

Speculate2accumulate.co.uk/sp2a.co.uk is an internet website wholly owned, managed and maintained by JMI Publications, for the purposes of this agreement, both Speculate2Accumulate.co.uk/sp2a.co.uk and JMI Publications shall be treated as the same legal entity and referred to from herein as "speculate2accumulate".

The website is defined as meaning the website(s) operated by JMI Publications containing “speculate2accumulate content.

Tipster is defined as any person who has entered into a relationship with speculate2accumulate to operate a tipping service using the speculate2accumulate platform. We simply manage the flow of information supplied by third party tipsters and report on their tip success rates.

Tipping Service is defined to be the online tips that are supplied by tipsters registered with speculate2accumulate that may be accessed through the speculate2ccumulate website.

In this agreement:

  • Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa.
  • Words denoting persons include natural persons, corporate bodies, unincorporated associates, sole traders and partnerships.
  • Headings in this agreement are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this agreement

MEMBERS USING SPECULATE2ACCUMULATE

Conduct

In order to use any of the speculate2accumulate services or information, you certify that you are 18 years or older. You agree to access and use any of the speculate2accumulate services or information only for lawful purposes. Your use of speculate2accumulate information and services is at your own risk

CONTENT

The Spculate2accumulate website is a resource that enables website visitors to purchase the current tips and to view the past performance of tipsters and analyse the profitability of tipsters' historical tips. Tips may be accessed after agreeing to an up front subscription or to receive tips free at the point of sale which may or may not incur a subscription fee dependent on the success of the tip provided (specifically membership option 1 “odds to £1”). Upon subscribing to a tipster, Punters will (if requested) receive an email notification every time that the tipster in question adds a tip via the Speculate2accumulate website, throughout the subscription period (membership option 2) or under the terms and conditions relevant to Membership Option 1 (odds to £1 scheme”). The subscription period (membership option 2) is a pre-selected period from (and including) the day of subscription. Subscription will end automatically at the end of the subscription period. Tips can also be accessed daily via the member’s homepage using your unique username and password.

Every effort is made to ensure accurate data is published on this website, however, we provide no guarantee or warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any data published on this website.

We do not have any responsibility or control over the content of web sites to which this Site is linked and accept no responsibility or liability for any losses or damage you suffer as a result of your use of any third party web sites linked to this Site. USING A TIPSTER SERVICE

Speculate2accumulate provide various reports to help you identify a tipster. Having chosen a tipster and accessed their information you are solely responsible for your actions taken based on this information. You acknowledge that there is risk involved if placing a bet based on this information and that you may lose your stake money. Neither Speculate2accumulate nor tipsters registered with Speculate2accumulate can be held responsible for losing bets based on information provided by these tipsters. Speculate2accumulate takes no responsibility for the quality of information supplied by its registered tipsters.

All tips are based on the opinion of the tipster and speculate2accumulate does not endorse or recommend the usage of any tipster. Tips are provided for information purposes only and users of the service agree that neither speculate2accumulate, nor its registered tipsters may be held accountable for losses incurred as a result of using this service.

To subscribe to tips online, members may be required to credit their account by making an online payment using a debit/credit card. Betting League use third party payment processors and does not store or have access to users debit/credit card details.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

Users making a debit/credit card payment to view tips online may only cancel their payment prior to accessing tips. As soon as the user has accessed tips their right to cancel is expired. Unused credit in your account cannot be refunded

WARRANTY

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the services and information are not disrupted and are error-free, neither speculate2accumulate, its directors, employees, agents nor affiliates warrant that its services or information will be error free or uninterrupted. Further, there is no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information provided, displayed or communicated within the speculate2accumulate website.

LEGAL JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law. Unless otherwise specified, the speculate2accumulate website, information and services are directed at and are intended solely for use by that resident in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland mainland. Speculate2accumulate makes no representation or warranty that any product, service or information referred to is appropriate for use in other locations or jurisdictions. Those who choose to access this site from other locations or jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

PRIVACY

Any personal details that you may provide at any time during your use of any Speculate2accumulate services are kept private and are never shared with any other person or organisation except in the event of any legal obligation to do so.

TIPSTERS USING SPECULATE2ACCUMULATE

General

Speculate2accumulate will operate League Tables that represent the success rate of each Tipster, detailing statistics such as win / lose ratios. Speculate2accumulate will update the League Tables on a regular basis.

The league tables will act as a promotion tool for each Tipping Service, with those at or near the top naturally expecting to attract more users. Speculate2accumulate reserve the right to withdraw the service from Tipsters demonstrating consistent levels of poor performance.

OVERVIEW OF SPECULATE2ACCUMULATE SERVICE/TIPSTERS

You must be over 18 years of age to register as a tipster with Speculate2accumulate.

Speculate2accumulate provide functionality that enables tipsters to post their tips through the speculate2accumulate website.

A Tipster who consistently achieves a high level of success may be offered Premium Tipster status. Speculate2accumulate may charge a subscription fee to access the tips of Premium Tipsters. Speculate2accumulate withholds the right to change these subscription fees at any time. Speculate2accumulate withholds the right to add or remove premium tipster status at any time subject to performance or conduct concerns.

The level of success required to become a Premium Tipster is chosen by speculate2accumulate and we withhold the right to change this level at any time.

Tips must be received at a reasonable length of time before the start of the event in question. Speculate2accumlate withhold the right to invalidate any tips that it deems as being offered at an unreasonable length of time before the start of an event.

ADVERTISING & PROMOTION OF TIPPING SERVICE

Tipsters are encouraged to promote their Tipping Service using legitimate techniques but only following agreement with speculate2accumulate.

Tipsters may not promote their tipping service using any illegal or illegitimate techniques including but not restricted to internet SPAM. Failure to adhere to this ruling will result n immediate removal from the speculate2accumulate website.

PAYMENT

The Tipping Service will operate on a Revenue Share basis. Premium Tipsters will receive a percentage of any subscription fees charged to access their tips. The percentage revenue share will be set by speculate2accumulate.

Speculate2accumulate will publish a monthly report in a secure online account area as per the attached payment schedule. The report will detail:

Details of each purchase including the monthly subscription fee charged, pending revenue share amount for each purchase and total revenue earned.

Provided the combined, approved revenue share balance due is greater than £50.00, the Tipster will need to raise an invoice for the amount shown, and submit it to "JMI Publications". If the minimum amount of £50.00 has not been achieved, the balance will be carried forward until such time as the minimum amount is achieved.

Payments will be made upon validation of invoices received, by either cheque or bank transfer - payment will not be made under any circumstances without an invoice being received. Invoices will be rejected if submitted when the minimum payment has not been achieved and / or if the payment status isn't set to "approved".

RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

Nothing in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create, a partnership or relationship of employer and employee between speculate2accumulate and the Tipster.

The Tipster is responsible for the declaration and payment of all tax and national insurance payable on any payments made to them by speculate2accumulate.

COMMENCEMENT AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall come into force upon your acceptance as a Tipster and shall remain in effect until terminated. Acceptances as a Tipster on speculate2accumulate does not guarantee that you will be become a Premium Tipster. Premium Tipster status is allocated at the discretion of speculate2accumulate.

The Tipster is entitled to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect at any time. The Tipster must cease to use the service immediately upon the termination of this Agreement and, for the avoidance of doubt; the Tipster shall not be entitled to receive a revenue share on any subscriptions made after the termination date.

The Tipster shall acquire no rights following the termination of this Agreement to use Intellectual Property Rights of speculate2accumulate.

This agreement will be terminated immediately if fraudulent, illegal or immoral acts are suspected or proven to have been committed.

Speculate2accumulate is entitled to terminate or amend this Agreement and/or suspend the Tipster from the service at any time with or without reason, giving reasonable notice where possible.

In the event that the service can no longer be provided as outlined in this agreement, the agreement will be terminated with immediate effect. Where possible a new agreement may be offered, although not necessarily on the same terms.

INDEMNITIES AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Speculate2accumulate be liable to the Tipster for special, indirect or consequential damage including but not limited to loss of profits arising from interruptions to the service.

The Tipster shall indemnify and defend speculate2accumulate and its employees in respect of any claims by third parties relating to the service provided by the Tipster.
