Newton Abbot 9.00 - Class 4 Handicap Hurdle over 3 miles and 2 1/2 furlongs, the lights may be twinkling as they finish this unless its a very sunny evening but i liked 3 Course and Distance winners of which I narrowly discarded GAMAIN who looks nice T/Cast material. The pair I prefer are WESTERN SUNRISE whose last 3 runs have been at completely inadequate trips (I think to get mark down) a Course and Distance winner off 108, arrives here off 103 with Tom Cannon booked and has to be a solid e/w punt. The same applies to MR MAFIA who despite top weight comes down to Class 4 off a nice Hurdle mark and on perfect Going the class of the horse should tell, so the 2 tips look solid and if either didn't run would have every confidence in GAMAIN as a back up.
