LEOPARDSTOWN 2.25 - 4 Flawless Escape - 1 point each way @ 8/1 (generally) - plenty of early 10/1

 

Was placed 3rd in this race last season and then went to Cheltenham as a warm order but was rather stage struck. Elliott quickly went down the Cahse route on seasonal debut but jumping clearly not yet up to scratch. This horse retains its obvious potential and engine and although off a higher mark than last season is still well handicapped and may have been underestimated by the market. It's not "do or die here" in terms of career but they will be expecting at least as good as last seasons 3rd place and hopefully better.

 

That's the horse I am most confident about today and we will rely on just the one confident selection on a cracking and competitive Card.

 

Elsewhere on the Card (pointers not tips) the opening Mares Race at 12.40 is very competitive, the form of SASSY DIVA has been franked more than a few times including in the race I tipped in yesterday and looks a solid each way proposition. A few will no doubt have eyes more on 6 weeks time. One to keep an eye on to run a race to get cherry fit for Cheltenham is Alletrix, will probably need the run but one I will track forwards.
