Kelso 2.10

Placespotter - Kelso 2.10 5 Landecker @ 7/1 + 3 Lough Derg Jewel @ 12/1 (BV/SkyBet)

Placespotter -: A good test over 2 miles and 7 furlongs on Good ground and a few were
very seriously considered, Maggie Blue and Maraweh have good form claims but coming
off breaks of 88 and 179 days respectively, both have previous evidence to suggest they
may just need the run today. The Doorman and Buckled look very solid but the former has
not run at this "quirky" track and Buckled may just have too much weight here..
LANDECKER has a great Course and Distance cv, trip therefore is fine, has won here on
Good Going off a mark of 115 so off 118 less a 5 lbs Claim looks very solid and you'd think
on all evidence a bit of an each way "banker" with luck in running. LOUGH DERG JEWEL
could be "anything"; a CD winner off a mark of 118, is hard to assess on that basis but comes
from a prolific Yard and they don't thrown many in to handicaps without having a view that
it can win off the initial mark, at 12/1 with the CD form and also probably the fittest and
sharpest horse in the race with scope to progress - a decent each way price.
