Goodwood 3.00

Goodwood 3.00 11 Suedois @ 6/1 (1 point each way) PP + Sky go odds to 4th place

The Lennox Stakes run over 7 furlongs and at the head of the market an old friend. "TIP TWO WIN" remember him, our 50/1 punt for the 2000 Guineas who ran a cracker that day, runner up and despite some saying it was a fluke we said something like "we'll do better to beat that tomorrow" and then went and found the 66/1 SP and 154/1 BSP winner of the 1000 Guineas the next day with Billesden B. I don't think it's a surprise neither have really franked those runs, "they were a moment in time" when their early season 1 mile prowess fitted that weekend, a drop to 7 furlongs for TTW does not strike me as logical?. Sir Dancelot will be a warm order but is a horse who can wander under a strong drive and the whip and D'Bai and Emmaus have no Course form here.

That leaves me with Here Comes When who has Course form but may have been flattered a bit by it on soft Going and So Beloved, who should out run odds but an unlikely winner. I do most fancy SUEDOIS stablemate of So Beloved, very solid profile, 3rd in this last year; lightly raced so far this season just 3 runs, and I feel primed for today. You always need luck in running here; if he gets it, I think the one they all have to beat.

Mentions -: In the 3.00 race above the other one I can't leave out of a bet is DUTCH CONNECTION not in great form so far but another surely aimed at this race all season, form figures at Goodwood are 1211 and just too much collateral and Course form to ignore and will be a huge danger is waking up once it smells the lovely Sussex air.
