The obvious one here is GERONIMO and he looks the one to beat but odds are restrictive and I think it could be a bit more of a stamina test than the Going suggests. If it is the Tracker horse LOWANBEHOLD could run well at a big price past beaten horses. He looks one to follow if and when there is any substantial rainfall in the Borders Area. Finaghy Ayr has run well off a break before and Imperial Prince has shown some promise in lower grades but this could be the day for PRESENT FLIGHT.

 

The selection came initially form a Point 2 Point background and 3 miles + has always looked "way to go" but not always tried. Has performed up to handicap mark in everything from Good to Heavy and gets aid of cheek-pieces for a second race running and a nice each way price from powerful local Yard.
