WORK WATCHER - Hamilton 6.25 1 Haymarket - each way @ 16/1 (1 point each way)

An interesting and competitive Class 6 handicap. It is notable for some in form runners
who have progressed from basement handicap marks in the 40's, up to the more respectable
level in the mid to high 50's, and whilst they are in form, they may have reached a ceiling.
I always look at the top end of these types of races to see what has either sneaked, or being
plotted in to the top of the handicap and the selection catches the eye. It drops in to this
0-60 handicap on the back of some decent runs in higher grade/better class, it has form over
further and that is a big asset at this track where proven stamina is vital, but its best recent runs
in the past 12 months have been at this trip. The Trainer has a small string but is very capable;
with the right horse in a winnable race, and this has something of the feeling of a "plan".
