A mixed day yesterday with some decent each way place money picked up on Ventura Knight at 16/1 and Wild Shot at 10/1 but 2 other races where the returns were very disappointing. It is competitive big field racing and one nice winner can change the whole week, so nice placed returns are important.

 

We have 2 races at Goodwood today, just the 1 at Galway as Sean cannot back anything with confidence in any race other than The Galway Plate, so we will have 3 picks in one of the Goodwood races where there are 3 confident e/w selections that Michael couldn't split.
