Thursday 20th June - Royal Ascot Day 3
A frustrating day yesterday, Nyaleti ran from the front and went down fighting, Anna Nerium finished best of all but too late in 5th in the 4.20 race.
In the Royal Hunt Cup, of the tips Raising Sand 3rd and Kynren 5th ran the races we expected but more than a touch peeved that 2 horses we flagged up as "trackers" in Afaak and Clon Coulis came home 1-2 at nice odds. Lack of a run and lack of Course form were acceptable reasons not quite to tip and it as least proves the analysis is solid.
The 3 chosen races today are The Gold Cup at 4.20; The Britannia at 5.00 and the King George Handicap at 5.35 on soft Going that may improve slightly but mostly to "tacky".
