Sunday 31st March

National Hunt at Ascot and Limerick and an incredibly tough Card at Doncaster  today.

We started the Flat season with a winner from Michael at Doncaster, found a runner up and third from Robin at Stratford, and a fast finishing placed horse from David at Doncaster for the Elite tips.

The Tipsters all swerve Doncaster today, not hard to look at those field sizes, look at the pace angles and firming Going we saw yesterday and possibly think that at this early stage of the Flat season, a pin is the best option today. Discipline that we have re-discovered in 2019 the by-word to profit.

One tip then from Robin at Ascot and some Dark Horses, unlike yesterday no Trackers today.

At Doncaster it could all be about the Draw and Pace, clear evidence yesterday that low to middle was the best draw and that you had to be up with or near the pace, as we mentioned those Trainers who can get a horse fit and ready first time and horses with a good first time out record are worth following. There are a few 2018 winners on corresponding Card worth a look like Archippos and Fahey looks to have a strong hand (when doesn't he here) but last years meeting and much of the April programme last year was run in much softer conditions, so we won't dive in today. March has been very kind to us, and we will stay disciplined to the end.
